Floral Flavors

April showers bring May floral cocktails! In this class we’ll explore a variety of different floral ingredients. We’ll talk about liqueurs like the ever-popular St Germain and Creme de Violette. We’ll explore the artful application of a few drops of rose or orange blossom water. And we’ll look to infusions and syrups made from ingredients like chamomile or lavender. (Note for regulars: while this is a repeat topic this class will feature mostly new drinks.)

Pricing is per computer connected, not per person! You’ll receive a list of several recipes in advance so you can pick which drinks you’d like to make in our mix-along time. Online class sessions are limited to a small number of signups so we can keep things interactive.
