Eggs-cellent Cocktails

It’s Spring! Celebrate the season with one of the most enduring symbols of spring and rebirth – the egg! Eggs were also a key ingredient in one of the earliest known mixed drink recipes, which was a mixture of hot beer, rum, spices and eggs. We won’t be making that. But many classic cocktail recipes call for the addition of an egg white or even a whole egg. While this might seem odd at first, you’ll be surprised by the delicious difference it makes!

Pricing is per computer connected, not per person! You’ll receive a list of several recipes in advance so you can pick which drinks you’d like to make in our mix-along time. Online class sessions are limited to a small number of signups so we can keep things interactive.
