My new weeknight dinners are pop-up dining events designed and priced for weekdays! They feature all the great flavors and communal table camaraderie guests enjoy at my TT Supper Club events, but in a more compact format. Each menu is limited to just eight diners and feature four courses along a theme. For this inaugural dinner, we’ll be paying homage to the recent Tammy’s Tastings Food Tour to New Orleans. I’ll be making my own versions of several of my favorite tastes from the trip. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
