It’s Spring! Celebrate the season with one of the most enduring symbols of spring and rebirth – the egg! Eggs were also a key ingredient in one of the earliest known mixed drinks recipes, which was a mixture of hot beer, rum, spices and eggs! We won’t be making that. But many classic cocktail recipes call for the addition of an egg white or even a whole egg. While this might seem odd at first, you’ll be surprised by the delicious difference it makes!
