One of the earliest known mixed drinks recipes was for a mixture of rum, ale, and eggs, heated with a hot poker. We won’t be making that. But many classic cocktail recipes call for the addition of an egg white or even a whole egg. While this might seem odd at first, you’ll be surprised by the delicious difference it makes!
You’ll receive a list of several recipes in advance so you can pick which drinks you’d like to make in our mix-along time. Online class sessions are limited to a small number of signups so we can keep things interactive, just like an in-person Tammy’s Tastings class. But you can have multiple people sharing your computer screen for a single ticket purchase, so feel free to bring your spouse/SO/stranded college kids – pricing is per computer connected, not per person!
