7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Eastern
Did you plant a pandemic-inspired “victory” garden? Or join a CSA so you can make fewer trips to the grocery store? Just enjoying trips to the Farmer’s Market? Come learn how to drink your vegetables (okay, fruit too!) in this online class. We’ll talk about all the ways you can incorporate wonderful local produce – herbs, cucumbers, berries, tomatoes – into cocktails. You’ll learn all about muddling, infusing, and even “shrubs.” Given the June date, the fruit section of this class will focus on strawberries, which should be in season in Michigan, hooray! What weird vegetable will get cocktailized in 2020? Sign up to find out!
You’ll receive a list of several recipes in advance so you can pick which drinks you’d like to make in our mix-along time. Online class sessions are limited to a small number of signups so we can keep things interactive, just like an in-person Tammy’s Tastings class. But you can have multiple people sharing your computer screen for a single ticket purchase, so feel free to bring your spouse/SO/stranded college kids – pricing is per computer connected, not per person!
Bookings are closed for this event. Space may still be available, call Tammy at 734-276-3215 to inquire.
