Gin is one of the most varied spirits and versatile cocktail ingredients. In this followup to my previous Gin Cocktails class, we’ll be exploring more things you can do with this amazing spirit. We’ll mostly be focusing on modern cocktails, but will also take a closer look at Old Tom Gin and Genever, two older styles that offer even more flexibility to mixologists. (Note: You do not have to have attended the previous class to enjoy this one.)
Pricing is per computer connected, not per person! You’ll receive a list of several recipes in advance so you can pick which drinks you’d like to make in our mix-along time. Online class sessions are limited to a small number of signups so we can keep things interactive.
