I recently returned from a wonderful week in Spain, on a food tour with Zingerman’s Food Tours. I came back with a suitcase full of ingredients to share (the best anchovies! 3 kinds of pimenton!) and a head full of recipes and inspiration, so please join me on June 10 for a Spain-themed TT Supper Club. On the trip our meals ranged from fine cuisine at a Michelin 2-star restaurant, to rustic plates in a shack next to a river, to braised lamb served in the dining room of the 800-year old estate it was raised on. So to best share my experience of Spain with you, I’ll be serving the meal in several courses that will combine both individually plated and family style dishes, for a fun and joyous occasion.
Menu and location information will be provided a few days prior to the dinner. Most allergies and food restrictions can be accommodated. Ticket price is inclusive of all fees and gratuities.
