Brighten up your January doldrums with an indulgent evening out. I’m now accepting reservations for my next pop-up dinner. You’ll enjoy six courses of fabulous and seasonal food for just $60, with creative flavor combinations and artful presentation. Thanks to hoophouses and other advances, we can eat locally all year round in Michigan now, but we’ll be supplementing our local focus with some imported specialties of the season, like the glorious array of citrus fruit that January brings.
