I’m now accepting reservations for my next pop-up dinner. You’ll enjoy six courses of fabulous and seasonal food for just $70 (gratuity included), with creative flavor combinations and artful presentation. Thanks to hoop houses and other advances, we can eat locally all year round in Michigan now, and we’ll make the most of what’s left from the harvest, while looking ahead to spring. And since this dinner will be just a few days before Mardi Gras, expect some New Orleans Cajun and Creole influences to make their way into the menu!
