Lemon and lime are cocktail essentials. But what about grapefruit, orange, and even lesser used citrus like Meyer lemons and kumquats? In this class we’ll explore the crucial role citrus juices play in cocktails.
The class includes a combination of history and stories, technique instruction, and hands-on making of cocktails. Plus sampling, of course! Total consumption is equivalent to about 2 cocktails per person over the 90 minute class. Antietam is an award-winning restaurant in Detroit’s Eastern Market.
