In this new format cocktail class with food, Tammy’s Tastings is partnering with Felix Bistro & Bar. For our first class, we’ll be exploring the art of the garnish. You’ll make 3 full cocktails to enjoy, each with its own paired small plate from Felix’s chef. Along the way you’ll learn about a variety of garnish techniques and sample your cocktail before and after garnishing to discover the difference it makes. Drinks and paired plates are described below, limited substitutions and deletions may be available to accommodate dietary restrictions, please inquire.
Juliet & Romeo (gin, cucumber, mint, lime, rosewater)
Scallop Crudo with Homemade Cucumber Yogurt, Marinated Chickpeas and Muhammara
Test Pilot (rums, orange, lime, falernum)
Pork Belly with Pineapple-Chili Marmalade and Coconut Foam
Brandy Crusta (brandy, orange, lemon, sugar rim)
Dueling Cheeses: Delice de Bourgogne w/ a side of Luxardo Cherry Jam and Fried Manchego with Charred Green Onion and Romesco Sauce
