When you order chocolates from Tammy's Tastings, you get handmade, artisanal chocolates that taste good and look good. I start with the finest chocolate, add the best quality cream and butter, and finish them off with concentrated flavors from fruits, nuts, herbs, spices and liqueurs.

To ensure you get the freshest chocolates, I do not maintain a regular stock. All chocolates are made to order in small batches. Please join my mailing list to receive notice of regular chocolate sales. Orders of 6 dozen or more can be placed at any time, and contact me for pricing on wedding favors, party trays or other special events.

Pickup or delivery is available in the greater Ann Arbor area, and orders can be shipped throughout the United States and to Canada.

Thank you so much for the perfect ending to our great celebration - the gorgeous hand-crafted chocolates that you created for my father's 80th birthday were spectacular! The Italian liqueur centers complimented the Italian birthday theme perfectly. My only regret is that I only purchased 2 dozen......they were gobbled up too quickly by our delighted guests!

Now I know why I was only going to order the 12 piece box--I'm having a hard time not gobbling ALL of them up!!! Your creations are wonderful! My mom got her box this morning and her exact words were "wow, I'd never be able to make something as beautiful and as tasty as these!" So, you and I are a hit!

 I got the chocolates last night. The candy bars are already gone, and I think everyone liked them. I kept the Pick Me Up for myself and it tasted wonderful. Also, the truffles are outstanding - I didn't think it possible, but they're even better than the Easter set. I'm having a *lot* of trouble resigning myself to sharing them - I especially want to hoard the lavender caramel and honey vanilla ones for myself.

When it comes to chocolate, I'm plebian. Give me milk in my chocolate (horror!), lots of sugar (gasp!), and if it's mass-market produced, all the better (augh!). I will eat dark chocolate if it's in front of me, but it's really not my thing. Looking at these truffles, between their sheer beauty and my low-brow chocolate tastes, it's actually been pretty easy to let them stay artwork on the counter.

Until today.

The Strawberry Balsamic truffle was... good! The Passionfruit one was... better! "Wow," I thought, "I knew these would be good, but dang!"

Then I bit into the Hazelnut Praline. I didn't know it was going to be Hazelnut. Two of my favorite flavors (outside of chocolate) are Hazelnut and Caramel. I was a puddle on the couch.
